IT Compliance Manager

Leading the organization's information security governance and compliance initiatives, the full-time remote IT Governance Risk Compliance Manager will manage governance frameworks, risk management programs, and customer assurance activities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization's security posture. Key responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (IT GRC) functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security strategies Direct information security compliance and enterprise IT risk management, serving as the primary liaison with internal and external auditors Oversee customer assurance and third-party risk management activities, ensuring security requirements are effectively communicated and managed Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 8-10 years of experience in information security governance, risk management, or compliance 3-5 years of experience leading teams and large cross-functional programs Experience with governance, risk, and compliance platforms such as ServiceNow GRC or similar solutions Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or CISA are preferred
