Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)Salary: $35-$40/hr, depending on experienceSchedule: Flexible Schedule, Sunday-SaturdayAbout the RoleAs our PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you'll help patients improve independence, function, and quality of life while working alongside a collaborative in-house rehabilitation team. This role provides flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population across inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient services, and long-term care.What You'll DoDeliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational TherapistHelp patients improve activities of daily living, mobility, safety, and independenceWork with a mix of short-term rehabilitation, post-hospital recovery, outpatient, and long-term care patientsCommunicate patient progress and treatment outcomes with the supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary teamSupport patient and caregiver educationContribute to discharge planning and continuity of careMaintain accurate documentation and treatment recordsQualificationsActive Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in ColoradoGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant programStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to adapt to changing patient needs and prioritiesNew graduates and experienced clinicians are encouraged to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr Ensign Services
