- Property Manager Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
- Greet and communicate with residents and prospective tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process customer bookings, move-ins, move-outs, and customer checkouts.
- Maintain and update customer and resident information in the database accurately.
- Collect rent payments and manage rent collection procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Perform administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records, files, reports, and resident documentation.
- Oversee the day-to-day appearance and operation of the property to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Enforce community policies and regulations consistently and fairly.
- Assist with additional property management responsibilities as needed.
