Location Stamford, CT Duties Lead and manage complex legal matters across key practice areas such as Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates. Develop and expand client relationships, driving business development opportunities. Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys to provide comprehensive legal services to clients. Mentor and manage junior associates, fostering the growth of the next generation of legal professionals. Participate in firm-wide strategic initiatives and represent the firm in external matters such as conferences or client engagements. Requirements Significant experience as a partner or senior attorney in a law firm setting. Strong expertise in one or more of the firm's core practice areas, including Corporate, Litigation, or Trusts & Estates. Proven track record of business development and client management. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while leading legal projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the bar in at least one jurisdiction where the position is based. Skills Excellent business development and client relationship management skills. Strong legal analysis, drafting, and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a team and collaborate across different legal disciplines.
