Operations Manager

About The Role The role owns the operational backbone of the organization, scaling processes, tooling, and cross-functional execution to keep technical teams moving fast. The operations manager will diagnose friction points across workflows, implement scalable systems, and partner with engineering and product leaders to ensure flawless delivery on complex initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, document, and scale standard operating procedures across core technical and business workflows Partner with engineering and product teams to manage complex cross-functional projects, tracking timelines and dependencies in Jira and Notion Analyze operational data and telemetry to surface performance bottlenecks and recommend data-driven mitigations Manage vendor evaluation, onboarding, and cost optimization for internal SaaS tooling and infrastructure Facilitate incident post-mortems and drive corrective action items to closure across engineering groups Prepare operational metrics, dashboards, and risk assessments for executive leadership reviews What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of experience in technical operations, program management, or business operations within a high-growth technology environment Demonstrated expertise with workflow automation tools, SQL, and project management platforms like Jira, Confluence, and Asana Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to align disparate cross-functional stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field Bonus: PMP, Scrum Master certification, or prior experience in software development lifecycle management #J-18808-Ljbffr
