Operations Manager

Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Manager to join a growing organization in the financial services industry in the Durham, NC area. The Operations Manager role requires you to work onsite 3 days per week in a hybrid capacity. The Operations Manager role is ideal for a proven leader with experience managing operational teams within a call center, insurance, or financial services environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily operational activities to ensure performance objectives, service levels, and business goals are consistently achieved. Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Analyze operational metrics and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience. Partner with cross-functional departments to support strategic initiatives, operational projects, and organizational growth. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree REQUIRED. 2+ years of management experience leading teams in an operational environment. Prior experience within a call center, insurance company, or financial services organization. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities with a focus on driving results. Proficiency with reporting tools, performance metrics, and operational process improvement initiatives. Compensation $80,000 - $100,000 annually plus bonus.
