Operations Manager

General Management OpportunityYou will lead a GPQSS Segment Unit in North America with responsibility for operational performance, customer satisfaction, and execution of the segment strategy. The role oversees tendering activities, project execution, team development, financial performance, and implementation of regional priorities aligned with broader business goals. You will ensure operations are appropriately organized and resourced, monitor performance against established targets, and implement actions that support productivity, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. This position requires addressing complex business challenges, guiding cross-functional teams, managing budgets, tracking key performance indicators, and influencing stakeholders across the organization.
