Erick C. shares that his favorite part of working in home health is the ability to feel like I'm changing a person's life. It's fulfilling for him to hear a patient tell him how much they appreciate what he does, what he has done and how much they are seeing an improvement in themselves because of the teaching and care he provides.

Responsibilities include performing visits and completing coordination of client care, being the point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing care to patients, and overseeing the frequency of visits for the episode.

Qualifications for Registered Nurses (RNs) include:

1. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
2. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred
3. Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice
4. Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
