ProSource Wholesale is one of North America's largest flooring and home project suppliers, with 150+ showrooms serving trade professionals and their clients. We support contractors, designers, and homeowners with great products, pricing, and service.

What you'll actually be doing
This is a customer service and sales support role
- Greet and sign in showroom visitors — first impressions matter
- Support Account Managers with payments, order updates, and customer questions
- Explain who ProSource is and what we offer to new visitors
- Schedule showroom tours for potential members
- Help keep product displays and pricing up to date
- Partner with the sales manager to deliver a great showroom experience
- Keep the showroom organized and welcoming

What we're looking for
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service or showroom experience is a plus
- Comfort with basic math, payments, and pricing
- Comfort using computers, phones, and everyday tech
- Interest in design or building materials is a plus — not required
