About The Company Our client, a well-recognized business advisory and consulting firm, is looking for a Senior Consultant to join the growing team. Responsibilities Review of client books and records and reconcile account balances for supporting schedules Assist in the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, and checklists Support clients’ Form 10-K, Forms 10-Q and quarterly earnings release Prepare non-public company’s financial statements, footnotes, and necessary support Assist team on maintaining accounting models in Excel Responsible for highlighting unusual relationships from basis analysis for financial statements and account balances Assist in various projects including FP&A, IPO readiness, and M&A Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting 3-4 years in public accounting CPA Sound knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting a plus Salary Range $90,000-$120,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr Arrow Search Partners
