Analyst/Associate Credit Solutions

This firm is seeking an Analyst or Associate for its Credit Solutions Group in New York. Company Information: A leading global alternative asset manager with $135 billion in private credit AUM, investing flexibly across the capital structure through a lean, high-velocity deal team based in New York. Job Description: Source and underwrite private credit investment opportunities in partnership with sponsors across upper middle market and large companies. Perform PE-style due diligence across a broad range of industries and transaction types. Support the full investment lifecycle including diligence, investment committee approval, execution, portfolio management, and exit activity. Work closely with Capital Markets and other investment teams to structure and execute transactions across public and private markets. Monitor portfolio company performance and evaluate add-on transactions following deal close. Own workstreams independently with limited oversight at the Analyst and Associate level. Requirements / Qualifications: Experience in investment banking, credit, lending, or a relevant buyside role. Leveraged Finance, Financial Sponsors, or Restructuring experience preferred. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of workstreams with limited oversight. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Staffing
