Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – School-Based

Position Type: Full-Time 
Setting: School-Based 

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a school-based team in Bradley area for a full-time assignment covering the entire school year. The COTA will provide occupational therapy support across three school sites, working collaboratively with students, families, teachers, and related-service professionals.

Position Highlights:

• Professional support throughout the assignment

Responsibilities:

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Provide individual and small-group therapy services

• Support students with fine-motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, and functional school skills

• Document services and student progress accurately

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families

• Follow IEP goals and school-based service requirements

• Travel between the assigned school sites as needed

Qualifications:

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential

• Appropriate Illinois licensure/eligibility

• School-based experience is preferred but not required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively with students and multidisciplinary teams
