Karis Care Services is looking for an entrepreneurial Branch Manager to lead the next chapter of growth for our Botetourt branch. Eighteen months ago, we expanded into Botetourt County through the acquisition of an established home care agency. Today, the branch is built on a robust client roster, an experienced team of caregivers, and strong roots in the community. Now we're making a significant investment in the branch's future. We're looking for a leader who can build on that strong foundation by expanding referral relationships, growing our client base, developing an exceptional team, and establishing Karis as the preferred home care provider throughout Botetourt County. What You'll Do

Your first priority is growth.

You'll become the face of Karis throughout Botetourt County by:

• Building relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, senior living communities, attorneys, financial planners, churches, and other community organizations.

• Networking throughout the community.

• Meeting with prospective clients and their families.

• Conducting in-home consultations.

• Creating new opportunities through relationship-based marketing.

• Representing Karis with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.

As the branch continues to grow, you'll also:

• Recruit and hire outstanding team members.

• Develop a positive, high-performing culture.

• Coach and mentor employees.

• Lead day-to-day branch operations.

• Ensure exceptional client and caregiver experiences.

• Be accountable for branch growth, service quality, employee engagement, and profitability.

Who We're Looking For

Ideal backgrounds include:

• Branch Manager

• General Manager

• Business Owner

• Territory Sales Manager

• Business Development Executive

• Franchise Operator

• Multi-site Manager

• Operations Leader with growth responsibility

Experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, hospitality, banking, retail, or other relationship-driven leadership roles is welcomed.
