About the Role
The Company is seeking a Board Director with a strong background in executive leadership, particularly as a former or sitting Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, or other senior-level executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the organization's strategy, monitoring company performance, and ensuring fiscal accountability through budget approval. Additionally, the role involves identifying and mitigating enterprise-wide risks, maintaining legal compliance, and upholding ethical standards. The Board Director will also be tasked with succession planning for the executive team and board members and must be adept at representing shareholder interests.
