Junior Global Finance Associate

Overview Paul Hastings’ Global Finance team is seeking a Junior Associate with two to three years of experience to join the firm’s rapidly growing practice in New York. Ideal candidates will have experience executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements. The group’s clients consist of many high-profile bank and nonbank lenders, including private debt funds. Qualifications Must be admitted to practice law in New York and be in good standing. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Compensation The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $235,000 and a maximum of $260,000 (annually).
