Community Engagement Representative

Synergize Inc. is a community-focused marketing and outreach organization that partners with nonprofit organizations and mission-driven causes to increase awareness, engage communities, and generate meaningful support.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, people-oriented Community Engagement Representative to join our growing team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, communicating with others, and making a positive impact. No previous experience is required—we provide training.

Position Summary

As a Community Engagement Representative, you will represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach campaigns, and public engagement activities. You’ll connect with community members, educate them about important causes, answer questions, and encourage participation and support.

You don’t need a background in sales, fundraising, or marketing to succeed. We’re looking for individuals who are motivated, friendly, dependable, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations in a professional and positive manner
• Engage with community members at events and outreach campaigns
• Educate the public about nonprofit missions and initiatives
• Build positive relationships with supporters and donors
• Conduct face-to-face outreach and fundraising conversations
• Answer questions and provide information about campaigns
• Participate in community events and awareness activities
• Work with a team to achieve campaign goals
• Maintain a positive and professional presence
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Develop communication, leadership, public speaking, fundraising, and marketing skills

Qualifications

• No prior experience required—paid training provided
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable and professional
• Team-oriented and motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, fundraising, or marketing is a plus, but not required
