ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2014 and is a close-knit team of three focused on delivering exceptional, relationship-driven service. Before becoming an agent, I spent eight years working for another State Farm agent, building a strong foundation in the business.

I grew up in this community and am proud to serve it. My husband and I have two daughters and stay active coaching their flag football team. I also enjoy traveling, especially to Scottsdale, and love trying new restaurants and foods. We're very involved locally and support a variety of nonprofit organizations.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Rachelle Copp - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
