The Support Specialist plays a key role in providing comprehensive support within an in-house environment, assisting both internal team members and external clients. This role focuses on leveraging various real estate software programs and creating tailored marketing materials to meet the unique needs of individual agents. The specialist will also handle special projects and continually adapt to new systems and tools to ensure effective support delivery.
Responsibilities
- With direction from our agent network, create and implement marketing materials for realtors
- Utilize various real estate software programs, including CRM, property management, MLS, and document storage and others as required
- Develop custom print and electronic marketing materials as directed by real estate network agents
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new programs and systems
- Understand and respond to each agent’s unique support needs
- Manage support requests using custom ticket external support
- Execute special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer support
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Florida Real Estate License preferred
- Strong skills in customer service and troubleshooting
- Experience with CRM software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Team collaboration skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and Canva
- Knowledge of MLS systems
