Capital Markets Analyst

Seeking an experienced Capital Markets professional with direct BPL experience and a strong understanding of DSCR and investor-purpose lending, institutional capital relationships, pricing, investor guidelines, loan execution and secondary-market strategy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related analytical field. 2-5+ years in capital markets, private lending, warehouse lending, structured finance, or mortgage banking; DSCR or residential transition lending experience preferred. Solid understanding of DSCR underwriting fundamentals, collateral, credit, and risk pricing. Experience with secondary market loan sale execution and investor relationship management. Strong analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities Prescreen DSCR loans and provide pricing decisions aligned with Company strategy and investor guidelines. Own end-to-end DSCR loan sale process with investors from commitment through delivery; negotiate and manage sale agreements. Sustain investor relationships and gather market feedback to inform pricing, guidelines, and product direction. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and refine DSCR pricing frameworks and program scalability. Monitor pipeline metrics, fallout, and risk indicators; report to leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
