Logistics Coordinator II (Invoice & Terminal Services) Location: Bartlesville, OK (Onsite) Duration: 1-Year w/ high potential for extension Work Type: 5-day work week; 40 hours/week Rate: Up to $43/hour (negotiable based on experience) Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator II to support terminal operations and master data management. This role focuses on processing high-volume data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting operational workflows across logistics and terminal activities. Key Responsibilities Process and validate master data (customer, carrier, and product setup) Maintain accurate records within systems (including SAP) Support terminal operations and resolve carrier/loading issues Review and manage high-volume, repetitive data entry tasks with precision Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution Monitor, track, and escalate operational issues as needed Requirements Logistics and/or terminal operations experience (Familiarity with industry concepts such as terminals, bills of lading (BOL), and carriers would be an asset) Strong experience with data entry, data validation, and master data management SAP experience preferred Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently #J-18808-Ljbffr NES Fircroft Ltd
