LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

Are you a master of movement with a "sense of urgency" DNA? We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to act as the central nervous system of our supply chain. You will be responsible for orchestrating the flow of materials between our facilities, vendors, and customers. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and pride yourself on 100% accuracy in documentation and delivery, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics across all company locations, ensuring a seamless flow of goods
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and vendors while aligning with internal production schedules
• Monitor shipment progress and provide proactive status updates to operations and customers
• Generate and audit all shipping paperwork, including BOLs, packing slips, and invoices, to ensure total compliance
• Act as the primary point of contact for logistics-related delays or issues, solving problems before they impact the customer
• Partner closely with Production, Quality Control, and Purchasing to hit critical deadlines
• Maintain meticulous logs within our ERP system and assist in optimizing transportation routes for maximum efficiency

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain (Manufacturing background is a major plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience with ERP systems (ADP or similar) is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• A high level of accountability, strong multitasking abilities, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
