Inventory & Logistics Coordinator

Your role As an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all shipments and ensuring inventory control. You will play a key role in enhancing our operational capabilities and driving business success. You will report to the Inventory Manager and be located in the Deer Park, Texas office. Responsibilities Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment. Handle all aspects of crating for pumps and equipment to ensure damage‑free shipping. Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates. Package and label shipments according to guidelines and specifications. Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control. Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Provide quality paint jobs for pumps and equipment including the necessary paint preparation steps.
