Job Summary:
Complete the final breakdown of function, by cleaning the room, and cleaning and returning equipment to its proper location. Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, locking doors, breaking down goods, etc. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas. Transport dirty linen to the correct area to be cleaned, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen shelves with clean linens. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. Assist other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.

Job Family Core Work Activities
• Complete the setup and breakdown of banquet functions, ensuring rooms and equipment are properly cleaned, organized, and returned to designated locations.
• Perform closing duties, including storing reusable goods, securing work areas, and organizing banquet equipment and supplies.
• Set up, stock, and maintain assigned workstations and service areas according to operational standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of banquet rooms and work areas throughout the day.
• Transport dirty linens to designated areas, separate napkins from tablecloths, and replenish clean linen supplies.
• Follow clean-as-you-go procedures to maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized working environment.
• Assist other departments and coworkers to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests professionally, anticipate their needs, and respond to requests in a positive and timely manner.
• Follow company safety and security policies, including proper equipment handling, storage, and safe lifting procedures.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management.
• Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance while protecting company assets and guest privacy.
• Support coworkers, promote teamwork, and perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
