Job Description Construction Project Manager We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Columbus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that each project is completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards. The Construction Project Manager's duties will include coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members, as well as managing project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities:

- Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Manage project budget, schedule, and resources

- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Implement quality control procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional certification (PMP, CCM) is a plus
