Project Director

As a Business Development & Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring project success from initial consultation through completion. Responsibilities Lead business development and sales efforts to drive revenue growth by managing both new and existing customer relationships. Guide clients through the design-build process, ensuring clear communication and an exceptional customer experience. Develop accurate project estimates and negotiate contracts to align with company profit margins. Oversee project pipelines, including backlog, in-progress, and completed projects, ensuring quality and profitability. Foster long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups at 30-day, 6-month, and one-year intervals. Collaborate with managers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project execution aligns with business goals. Conduct weekly site visits to monitor project quality, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven leadership experience in managing client relationships and driving business growth. Background in landscape architecture, design, or the green industry is a plus. Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Microsoft Office 365, and CRM/estimating platforms (Aspire ERP experience is a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives. Involvement in local organizations or community engagement is a plus.
