Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Coordinator based in Bladensburg, Maryland. The Service Coordinator manages and schedules service requests, ensuring timely communication between customers, technicians, and internal departments. This role maintains service records, tracks job progress, and supports overall customer satisfaction through efficient coordination and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage service requests or appointments
• Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams
• Track job progress, maintain service records, and follow up on issues
• Provide timely communication to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with reporting and process improvements for service operations

Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of experience in a service coordination, dispatching, customer service, administrative, or similar role
• Must reside within a commutable distance to Bladensburg, Maryland
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with a customer-focused approach
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with scheduling, dispatching, or service management software is preferred
• Knowledge of the elevator, escalator, construction or related field (preferred)
