What You'll Do

You'll be the calm, organized presence at the front of the patient experience:

• Greet every patient like they matter (because they do) and guide them smoothly through check-in
• Collect and verify patient and insurance information with the accuracy that keeps care safe and seamless
• Enter patient data into our electronic health record system with a sharp eye for detail
• Partner with our providers and clinical team to keep appointments and follow-ups on track
• Answer questions and untangle registration hiccups before they become headaches
• Protect patient privacy and uphold HIPAA standards at every step

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous healthcare or administrative experience
• Comfort with electronic health record systems and basic office software
• Bonus points: insurance verification experience and/or bilingual skills to better serve our diverse patient community
