Start your journey today and join our skilled team.We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of electrical projects providing strategic leadership to our field teams. Our PMs are P&L Managers with financial oversight and demonstrated operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesDeliver projects according to client needs while exceeding expectationsDevelop and preserve a positive business relationship with client while ensuring contractual compliance with all partiesLead the development of comprehensive project plans for each assigned project incorporating all requirements, constraints, and opportunitiesDirect all project activities including design, planning, and execution through completionDrive new business development opportunities to grow the organizationManage financial performance while mitigating exposure to riskProvide leadership and support to field teamsMaintain all project records to ensure relevant information is documented and securedQualificationsWorking knowledge of all aspects of construction and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activitiesAbility to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities and take initiativeDemonstrated success leading a team through complex project executionExperience managing and leading field-level staff and holding the accountable to project goalsExcellent organizational, verbal, written, presentation skills are a must. Bilingual a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's Degree or 10+ years of relative experience5+ years Project Management experience in construction requiredSafety LevelThis is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply.The inherent responsibilities of your role may include physical working conditions.
