As Area Director of Business Development at Gentiva, you will lead regional growth for our home health, hospice, and personal care services. You’ll design and execute market strategies, build and maintain high-value referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and payers, and manage a team of sales professionals. Collaborating closely with clinical and operational leaders, you’ll translate Gentiva’s mission of compassionate, home-based care into sustainable growth, ensuring patients and families gain access to dignified, high-quality care in their homes.
