Work Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00/hourly

What You'll Do:

• Support both internal and external customers with professionalism and care
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle invoicing and accounts receivable functions
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service concerns
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and continuous improvements

What We're Looking For:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
• 2-3 years of experience in customer service or administrative support preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
