Maintenance Worker / JanitorialOur client, a dedicated organization committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment, is seeking a Maintenance Worker / Janitorial to join their team. As a Maintenance Worker / Janitorial, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting the daily operations across the property grounds. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.Location: Rhinebeck, NYPay Range: $19.32/hrShift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)What's the Job?Perform routine inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.Complete preventative and corrective maintenance work orders in a timely manner.Maintain doors, windows, locks, hardware, furniture, fixtures, walls, ceilings, flooring, and other building components.Assist with plumbing repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and general carpentry tasks to ensure facility integrity.Support groundskeeping activities including landscaping, snow removal, and outdoor maintenance to keep the campus safe and attractive.What's Needed?Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.Basic knowledge of building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and groundskeeping tasks.Experience operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently.Willingness to respond to emergency maintenance needs and perform seasonal groundskeeping duties.Credential requirements include certifications such as 100042, 100069, 100065, 100067.What's in it for me?Opportunity to contribute to a meaningful community-focused environment.Work schedule Monday through Friday with consistent hours.Potential to develop a diverse skill set in maintenance and facilities support.Supportive team environment committed to safety and excellence.Chance to be part of an organization that values inclusivity and professional growth.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
