Insurance Account Manager

Are you an experienced Account Manager who knows P&C Trucking Insurance inside and out? If you’re fluent in Applied EPIC and looking for a stable, high-impact on-site role with a close-knit team in Brentwood, we’d love to connect!

What You'll Do

Stepping into a fully independent role, you'll manage client accounts end-to-end, from marketing policies (Auto Liability, Cargo, Excess, Workers' Comp) across multiple carriers to issuing COIs, organizing loss runs, handling billing, and keeping everything seamless in Applied EPIC and SharePoint.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record servicing Commercial Trucking P&C insurance.

• Hands-on fluency with Applied EPIC, MS Office programs, and SharePoint. 

• Local to the Greater Nashville area and able to work 100% on-site in Brentwood, TN.

Responsibilities

• Marketing & Placement: Market trucking accounts across multiple insurance carrier options to secure optimal coverage; gather, analyze, and organize client data required to build and submit comprehensive applications.

• Loss Runs Management: Order, review, track, and systematically organize loss runs from current and previous carriers.

• Certificate Administration: Process, issue, and deliver Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to insured clients and third parties promptly upon request.

• Billing & Collections: Conduct thorough bill reviews, reconcile invoicing, and manage the direct collection of insurance premium payments from clients.

• Account Documentation: Maintain complete, organized client files, policy documents, and records using Applied EPIC and internal SharePoint systems.

• Client & Carrier Support: Provide daily operational and administrative support to trucking clients, managing policy changes, endorsements, audits, and carrier communications.
