Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to elementary students with a range of needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop IEP goals and intervention strategies
• Conduct evaluations, document progress, and maintain accurate records per school regulations
• Provide consultative support and education to staff and families as needed
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages each student’s growth and success

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist licensure in Illinois
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfort with flexible, short-term contract arrangements
