Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked for State Farm corporate, starting my career while attending Illinois State University. I'm originally from Rock Falls and bring a strong understanding of the industry along with a passion for building a successful, people-focused agency. For our team, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including 15 days of PTO plus sick time, all bank holidays off, a 401(k), health benefits, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. We also offer a hiring bonus for licensed candidates and will cover licensing costs for those who are not yet licensed. Our office culture is fun, family-oriented, and fast-paced. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
