We’re growing quickly and looking for an exceptional Accounting Manager with a strong technical accounting foundation and the ability to operate with precision, ownership, and intellectual rigor. This role is designed for someone who takes pride in getting complex accounting right—someone who can navigate US GAAP and IFRS confidently, think critically about accounting treatment, and stand behind their conclusions. About the Accounting Manager Role We’re looking for a high-caliber Accounting Manager who thrives in complexity and takes ownership of getting the details right. This role sits at the core of our finance function, owning critical close processes while applying deep technical accounting judgment across areas like revenue, leases, stock-based compensation, and consolidation. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, partnering cross-functionally and engaging directly with auditors and advisors. Success in this role requires intellectual rigor, precision, and a bias toward continuous improvement—someone who not only executes at a high level, but actively strengthens the systems and processes around them. This role is based in Boston, MA and is not eligible for visa sponsorship or relocation assistance. Key Responsibilities Own the Close Own key components of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close Prepare technically sound journal entries Deliver reconciliations that fully tie out and withstand audit scrutiny Investigate and resolve issues thoroughly Technical Accounting Excellence Apply US GAAP across revenue, leases, sub-leases, accruals, loan accounting, and stock-based compensation, consolidation accounting, purchase price accounting. Support IFRS and international accounting requirements Evaluate accounting treatments and document positions Analytical Rigor Perform detailed analytical reviews and explain movements Partner with FP&A and own your numbers end-to-end Global & Cross-Functional Exposure Support multi-entity, multi-currency environments Partner with HR, Legal, Tax, and FP&A Coordinate with auditors and advisors Build & Improve Identify and fix inefficiencies and control gaps Utilize AI tools (e.g., Anthropic Claude) What You’ll Bring Required CPA 5–7 years’ experience, including Big 4 Strong US GAAP expertise Working knowledge of IFRS Working knowledge of an ERP, NetSuite preferred Preferred Corporate Tax experience What Sets You Apart Exceptional attention to detail Strong technical accounting depth Pride in quality and ownership of work Strong problem-solving mindset Very strong on technology High standards and intellectual curiosity Why Join Us Build a best-in-class finance function Work on complex global accounting challenges Strong career progression In addition to annual salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual Compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, and qualifications. Annual Salary Range

$130,000—$150,000 USD
