We’re looking for experienced Haulage Operations Supervisors ready to lead from the front and drive operational excellence across bulk haulage and site services projects. What You’ll Own This isn’t just a supervisory role — it’s leadership on the ground. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered safe, on time, and on budget . Your impact will include: Safety First, Always : Lead a strong safety culture. Ensure strict WHS compliance and create a work environment where safety is non-negotiable. Operational Leadership : Supervise site operations and crews to deliver haulage and site services strategies with precision and efficiency. Equipment Performance : Maximise utilisation, oversee maintenance standards, and ensure equipment is operating safely and effectively. Desired Skills and Experience What Sets You Apart You’re an experienced supervisor within the mining industry who knows how to get results — and bring people with you. 3+ years’ supervisory experience in mining haulage & earthmoving Previous contractor experience (highly regarded) BSBWHS411 & BSBWHS414 certifications Strong knowledge of fatigue management implementation Solid cost control and reporting capability A valid driver’s licence But more importantly, you are: Accountable and performance-driven Calm under pressure and solutions-focused A proactive leader who inspires teams Highly organised in fast-paced environments A confident communicator at all levels Why Join MLG?
