Production Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support quality control operations on the bean production line. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting products as they move through the conveyor system, ensuring all items meet established quality standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product integrity by identifying, removing, and properly documenting any defective product.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products as they move through the conveyor system to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify, remove, and document defective products accurately.
• Follow instructions and supervisor directions precisely.
• Apply quality standards exactly as taught during training.
• Assess products quickly and make clear pass/fail decisions on quality.
• Document defective products and follow proper reporting procedures without errors.
• Complete reports every 15–30 minutes as required and maintain steady work output throughout the shift.
• Show up on time and ready to work daily, ensuring dependable attendance.
• Perform repetitive inspection tasks consistently and accurately.

• Quality control experience (6 months+)
• Attention to detail and ability to identify defects based on size, color, and shape.
• Ability to follow instructions and training guidelines accurately.
• Quality inspection skills to assess products moving on a conveyor belt.
• Timeliness in completing reports and maintaining work consistency.
• Reliability, punctuality, and dependable attendance in a production environment.

• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Work Environment

Work in a factory environment with a Monday through Friday schedule. Start time is 7:45 AM, with an end time typically around 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM depending on production needs. Occasional extended hours may be required based on workload. The environment is loud and non-temperature controlled in many parts of the factory, requiring a fast-paced and team-oriented approach.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Angola, NY.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Angola,NY.
