Funnel Conversion Lead (Fully Remote)

- Be the DRI for end-to-end website CVR from Meta ads in a specific country.
- Lead a Product Squad (1 SWE + 1 designer) to ship tests fast.
- Own the loop from idea to hypothesis to test to learning.
Who you are:
- 4+ years running high-volume experiments for DTC ecommerce.
- Hands-on and autonomous, with strong funnel literacy and analytics.
- Comfortable with design principles and enough code to build.
