Construction Operations Manager — AeroBarrier West

Bountiful, UT | Full-Time | $60k–$80k DOE

ABOUT THE ROLE

AeroBarrier West needs a hands-on Construction Operations Manager to run our air-sealing business day to day — dispatching crews, scheduling jobs, and making sure every home hits its target. If you like structured mornings and solving problems on the fly, this is your job! This job is 50/50 in-office and on-jobsites with a mix of skills including: managing & motivating crews, reading blueprints, and utilizing job/project management software tools.

We're the leading AeroSeal dealer, with 8 years mastering the process and a patented, DOE-researched approach, serving builders across Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada, and Arizona.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Start each day verifying construction crews, equipment, vehicles and job-site readiness (Mon–Fri, 7am–3pm).
• Coordinate schedules and site access with builders and GCs, and monitor jobs in real time — enforcing training, SOP accuracy and troubleshooting as needed.
• Manage the job pipeline and a rolling 4-week schedule look-ahead.
• Oversee equipment, supply inventory, crew vehicles, and warranty/callback follow-up.
• Work closely with management to provide weekly KPI reporting, and recommendations on strategy, integration.

WHAT YOU BRING

• High school diploma required; related degree a plus; digital skills and construction background are essential.
• Construction experience, ability to read blueprints, 2+ yrs experience in HVAC, or field-services management, including 1+ year leading a crew — we train you on our process; Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable with digital software management tools like Procore/Asana, Google Calendar and Google Suite (sheets, docs, slides etc); ability to use iMac, iPad, iPhone & sync devices (OJT training).
• Valid driver's license (OSHA 10/30 a plus); drive company 4x4 in any weather, lift <50# as needed.
• Strong communicator & problem-solver; multitask & run multiple crews on several sites per day.
