Position: Project Manager - Remodels Location: Mesa, Arizona Type: Full-time Responsibilities Oversee and manage remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics. Resolve issues and manage risks that may impact project deliverables. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and compliance. Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager in remodeling or construction. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications Bilingual. Experience with residential and commercial remodels. Any background in countertops, cabinetry and remodeling is a plus.
