Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and create individualized therapy plans that empower them to reach their functional objectives
• Implement Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven techniques to elevate patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and their Families: Guide patients and their loved ones on therapeutic techniques to facilitate ongoing progress at home
• Track Progress and Document Changes: Monitor clinical outcomes closely and adapt treatments as required to ensure patient goals are achieved

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Encouragement and support for ongoing education or additional certifications

Licenses and Certifications

• Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
