With your strong client service attitude, you will produce high quality deliverables in an efficient manner and demonstrate a persistent initiative to continually learn new technical practices and to earn the confidence of clientele, company management/colleagues and regulators.Specific responsibilities will include:* Perform a variety of design and drafting assignments and associated tasks to support the needs of the Engineering or Geo-Environmental Groups* Project a strong client service attitude* Produce high quality deliverables in an efficient manner* Demonstrate a persistent initiative to continually learn new technical practices and to earn the confidence of clientele, company management/colleagues and regulatorsYour Knowledge, Skills and Experience will include:* Associate or bachelor’s degree in drafting and design is preferred but not required* Approximately 5-10 years of site/civil engineering design with related AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience* Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D (standard drafting techniques, terminology and applications)* Proficiency with developing 3D surfaces, alignments, plan/profile drawings, application of road templates, and developing cut/fill quantities.* Land Development and GIS experience preferred* Mining, energy, and oil & gas project experience is a plus* Survey/field experience is a plus (download and import survey points into CAD and prepare base mapping, export survey data to instruments as a field package)* Strong verbal and written communication skills a must* Solid skills in planning and scheduling, organization, problem solving and decision-making*Penn E&R, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
