Abrazo Medical Group, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking an employed Gastroenterologist to expand GI access in Phoenix's rapidly growing West Valley. This 100% outpatient role offers significant autonomy to shape GI care within the community, supported by an established referral infrastructure and a regional GI network. The position is ideal for a clinician looking to make an immediate impact in an underserved, high-demand market.
Practice Info
- 100% outpatient gastroenterology
- Procedures performed at a nearby Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Abrazo West Campus
- Phone-based practice call only
- High unmet demand with immediate referral volume
- Clinical collaboration and support from an established sister GI clinic in Gilbert (4 physicians, 5 APPs)
Responsibilities
- Shape how GI care is delivered in this community
- Perform EGD, colonoscopy, and advanced endoscopy (if desired)

Shift & Schedule
- Full-time employed position
- Balanced weekly structure: 2 clinic days + 2-3 procedure days
- No hospital call

Requirements
- MD or DO
- BE or BC in Gastroenterology
- Endoscopy trained
- Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain
- J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship available
