Gastroenterologist
The Staff Pad
This exceptional opportunity invites Gastroenterologists to join a high-performing GI group, offering autonomy, robust support, and a clear path to ownership. Physicians will practice at the full scope of their license, engaging in both procedural and clinical work. The role includes dedicated time in an endoscopy center alongside clinical/hospitalist responsibilities, supported by a strong team environment.
Practice Info
- Dedicated 3 days in the endoscopy center + clinical/hospitalist responsibilities
- 1:1 physician-to-medical assistant ratio for high efficiency
- Strong call support and team environment
- GI hospitalists may have flexibility in designing their schedules
Responsibilities
- Practice at the full scope of your license - procedural and clinical work
Compensation
- Base salary: $600,000 with $1M+ earning potential
- Signing bonus
- Productivity incentives
- Relocation support
- Partnership offered day one, with ASC ownership opportunity by month six

Requirements
- Graduate of a four-year accredited medical school
- BE or BC in Gastroenterology
- Eligible to obtain an unrestricted license to practice in Arizona
