Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.90 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access to the location, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with site-specific requirements. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel. Assist with front-desk operations, including answering phones, receiving deliveries, and providing general information while maintaining awareness of security-related activity at the location. Minimum Requirements Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
