Maintenance Technician

Headquartered in Newport Beach, CA, we operate more than 100 communities in ten states across the U.S. We treat our residents not just as our livelihood, but as our neighbors, and we take pride in the fact that we are not an impersonal corporation, but rather a small company of incredibly talented people who are honored to serve our communities and our clients.We are currently looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for a 515-space park located in Memphis, Tennessee.Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of general maintenance tasks that require strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge of:Building and facility maintenance.Plumbing and electrical systems.Submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric, and water).Groundskeeping and landscaping.Swimming pool maintenance.General carpentry.Desired skills and experience:Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.Able to work independently as well as part of a team.Available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours.1 year of general maintenance experience (property management experience a plus)COMPENSATION:A comprehensive benefits package after successful completion of an introductory periodTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.
