National Manager, Oncology Nurse Educator Field Strategy & Execution

AbbVie seeks a National Manager to develop and execute portfolio nursing strategy for its oncology hematology franchises. This strategic leadership role bridges brand, sales, and field operations to enable high-performing nurse educator teams across three disease areas.
Responsibilities
- Translate oncology portfolio priorities into field strategy, plans, and execution requirements across three franchises
- Support creation of portfolio nursing education strategy for healthcare provider and nurse education
- Build cross-functional alignment and drive decisions across Brand, Sales, Field Operations, Analytics, and Medical partners
- Partner with Field Operations to optimize tools, processes, training, and infrastructure for field execution
- Identify field performance opportunities and barriers; mobilize resources to address emerging needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; nursing, healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred
- 5+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or related industry experience; oncology/hematology strongly preferred
- Previous field leadership, sales leadership, or commercial strategy experience preferred
- Strong oncology clinical acumen and understanding of hematology treatment and nursing practice
- Proven ability to influence across cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with complex clinical information
- Strong project management, analytical problem-solving, and business judgment capabilities
