We pride ourselves on exceptional service, professionalism, and attention to detail.We are seeking an experienced, motivated Medical Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who understands the balance between luxury hospitality, patient satisfaction, team accountability, and financial performance.Key responsibilities include overseeing daily spa operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow; leading, coaching, and holding team members accountable for performance and professionalism; ensuring patients receive an exceptional, consistent, luxury experience; monitoring revenue, expenses, provider productivity, and key performance indicators; driving membership growth, treatment rebooking, retail sales, and patient retention; managing inventory, ordering, and operational efficiency; supporting marketing initiatives, promotions, and business development; addressing patient concerns and identifying opportunities to improve service; ensuring compliance with HIPAA, practice policies, and established procedures; and partnering with practice leadership to achieve business goals and maintain high standards.Qualifications include previous management experience in a medical spa, aesthetics practice, plastic surgery office, or similar environment preferred; strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; experience with sales, revenue goals, team development, and operational performance; a professional, service-oriented mindset with a strong attention to detail; ability to take initiative, make sound decisions, and work independently; and medical aesthetics experience preferred; an active clinical license is not required.
