About the Position

Job Title

CT Tech / Radiology Tech (CT/Rad Tech)

Location

Satanta, KS

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4 days / 10 hours per shift, Monday – Thursday | On-call: Monday, Tuesday, and 2 weekends per rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging using a 64-slice Siemens CT scanner
• Conduct general diagnostic x-ray imaging in a dedicated x-ray room and with portable x-ray equipment
• Operate C-arm fluoroscopy equipment as needed
• Perform DEXA bone density scans using a Norland DEXA machine
• Document and manage patient imaging records using Cerner charting system
• Fulfill on-call responsibilities as assigned per rotation schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Kansas state license (KSBHA) required at time of submission
• ARRT certification required at time of submission
• AHA BLS certification required
• Experience with Siemens imaging equipment
• Hands-on experience with CT imaging (CT certification preferred but candidates with strong CT experience will be considered)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience operating a Norland DEXA machine
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records system
• Experience with C-arm and portable x-ray equipment in a clinical setting
