Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic math skills for cash handling and pricing. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a thrift store or similar retail environment. Knowledge of fashion trends and brands. Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling cash transactions. Ability to lift and carry heavy items. Experience working with diverse customer populations.
